New Delhi: Xiaomi has introduced a new range of air purifiers under its Mijia brand in India. The company has launched Mijia Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact and Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6. Along with this, Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite is also included in the range. These devices have been designed keeping in mind the needs of rooms of different sizes. If we talk about the price, it starts from Rs 7,999.

Actually, the price of Mijia Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact has been kept at Rs 7,999, while the price of Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 is Rs 19,999. According to the company, their sales will start from September 2.
Features of Mijia Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact
Designed for small rooms, the 4 Compact model can cover an area of up to 400 square feet. It has a 3-layer filtration system with pre-filter, high-efficiency filter and activated carbon. According to the company, it can filter 99.97 percent of particles up to 0.3 microns.
It has a color indicator to indicate the air quality. Users can use Auto, Sleep and Manual modes. In sleep mode, its noise remains only up to 20dB, so it can be used in bedroom or study room. Its weight is about 2.2 kg.
Mijia Air Purifier 6 for large rooms
Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 has been designed for large rooms. According to Xiaomi, it can cover rooms up to 940 square feet. It has a 5-layer filtration system and an AQI monitoring system with 5 sensors, which monitors PM1, PM2.5, dust, temperature and humidity.
The company claims that it can clean the air of a 108 square feet room in about 3.5 minutes. It also has the facility of smart control through Xiaomi Home app.
Which model for whom?
If the room size is small then 4 Compact is an economical option. Whereas Mijia Air Purifier 6 is more suitable for a large living room or a house with more space. Both models offer features like smart control and air quality monitoring.
