Till now the makers had maintained a lot of secrecy regarding the plot of the story of the film 'Toxic', but after the censor process, important information about its background has come to light. Drug Syndicate in Coastal Areas: The story revolves around a huge drug and liquor cartel spanning Goa and international coastal routes around the 1950s to 1970s.
