Lucknow. On the occasion of Diwali, Yogi government has given the benefit of promotion to 285 Revenue Council employees. These include 206 Lekhpals and 79 Collection Amins, who have been promoted to the post of Revenue Inspector. This decision has provided relief to eligible employees who have been waiting for promotion for a long time.
Revenue Council Chairman BL Meena said that special attention is being paid to completing the promotion process of departmental personnel in a time bound manner. In this sequence, 285 employees have been given the responsibility of higher posts on the basis of eligibility.
He said that promotion will boost the morale of the employees and strengthen the efficiency of revenue administration. The experience and efficiency of the personnel as Revenue Inspectors can be better utilized in the departmental work. Efforts are being made by the Council to maintain transparency in the promotion process and to provide timely benefits to the eligible employees.
