cooked rice: 1 cup (completely cooled)
Fresh Curd: 1 cup
Salt: as per taste
Spice: 1 tbsp
Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato: 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilly: 1 (finely chopped)
Green Coriander: finely chopped (for garnishing)
Special ingredients for tadka:
Oil: 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds: half teaspoon
Curry leaf: 4 to 5
Dry red chilli: 1

Step 1: Perfect mixture of rice and curd To make masala curd rice, first take a big mixing bowl and add one cup of cooked rice in it. Here you have to keep one thing in mind that the rice should be completely cold. If you add curd to hot rice, the curd will curdle and the texture of the dish will be completely spoiled. Now add one cup of fresh and thick curd in this bowl. You can take normal or refrigerator cold curd as per your choice. Mix both well.
Step 2: Mix spices and chopped vegetables After the curd and rice are mixed well, add salt as per taste and one teaspoon spicy chaat masala. After this add finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and fresh green coriander.
