In the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Mosque case, the facts regarding the idols of Lord Vishnu and other deities will be presented in the Allahabad High Court. These idols were found during excavation at the birthplace of Shri Krishna. These sculptures are in the Government Museum of Mathura. According to Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh, President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, these idols include Vishvarupa of Lord Vishnu, Lord Kartikeya and Nadi Devi. Allahabad High Court will be informed about these.

At the same time, Advocate Tanveer Ahmed, Secretary of Shahi Idgah Mosque told the media that the dispute is in the court. During the hearing, all the evidence is given in the court. Seeing whatever evidence the Hindu side gives, the Shahi Idgah Masjid side will also give its arguments. The Hindu side claims that in Mathura, where the royal Idgah mosque is located, is the actual birthplace of Lord Krishna. The mosque side has said in the court that the Hindu side should prove that this is a matter of faith. According to the President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, seven statues and a pillar were found during excavation in this area. Of these, he is considering three statues and a pillar as important evidence.

The place in Mathura where Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple and Shahi Idgah Mosque are located, has been recorded in the government documents in the name of Katra Keshavdev. The Hindu side claims that there was a huge temple at the birthplace of Lord Krishna at the same place as the Shahi Idgah Mosque. The Hindu side says that the temple was demolished on the orders of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. Then the royal Idgah mosque of Mathura was built on the foundation of the temple itself. In this case, the Hindu side does not accept an old agreement and says that the agreement was done wrongly. The Hindu side is demanding the replacement of Shahi Idgah Mosque. He claims that all the signs of a Hindu temple are present inside the mosque. On the orders of the Supreme Court, the Allahabad High Court will hear and decide what is the religious nature of the disputed place.
