India Strongly Rebuked Pakistan: India strongly rebuked Pakistan, Khwaja Asif had warned of war on the Indus Water Treaty issue.

New Delhi. India has once again reprimanded Pakistan. Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif had threatened India with war regarding the Indus Water Treaty, on which India has shown a mirror to Pakistan by giving a strong response. Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal has said, we have seen reports regarding the comments of Pakistan Defense Minister. Such statements are Pakistan’s desperate attempts to hide its failures and divert attention from human rights violations.

Jaiswal also mentioned the barbaric action of the Pakistan government against the people of PoK. He said that what is happening in the illegally and forcibly occupied areas of Pakistan is a direct result of Pakistan’s decades-long policy of systematic economic exploitation, depriving people of fundamental rights and administrative repression. The Pakistani government and police have demonstrated extreme brutality, including blocking supplies of essential goods and medicines, shutting down the internet, and using lethal force against unarmed civilians. As you know, many people have lost their lives due to this. We hope that the international community will hold Pakistan accountable for its actions, wrongdoings and human rights violations.

On the blast at the Barzan gas supply plant in Ras Laffan, Qatar, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, this is a very tragic incident in which 12 Indian citizens lost their lives. Many people from other countries have also died. I have received information that about 66 people from different countries have been injured. We do not yet know exactly how many of them are Indian citizens, but all the injured are said to be safe. We are in touch with the local authorities regarding identification of the bodies and bringing them to India. We are also in touch with the families of those who lost their lives in this very tragic accident.
