New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath fiercely targeted local Congress MP Rahul Gandhi during a program in Rae Bareli. Yogi hit back at Rahul Gandhi by referring to his recent statement on Manusmriti. Yogi said, Rahul Gandhi comments on Manu or Ram or the heritage of India, if you want to know Manu then you read Atharvaveda, read Matsya Purana, you will get all the information. Along with this, Yogi also targeted Congress state president Ajay Rai for eating fish in Ayodhya. Yogi Adityanath said that even a chameleon feels shy in front of these people.
Yogi said that recently I was reading the statement of Rae Bareli MP Rahul Gandhi, he had given a statement in Maharashtra that women should break the bondage of Manusmriti and come out now. This country does not expect much from you as Rahul Gandhi, but as the Leader of Opposition in the Parliament of India, it makes you accountable to the democracy of the country. By taking oath on the Constitution, you consider it your birthright to curse India's tradition and heritage. If you go outside Uttar Pradesh, you insult UP. When they go outside India, they insult India. If India fights against enemies on the borders, then you ask for proof from the army personnel. You directly and indirectly encourage anti-national elements in the country's fight against terrorism. Your party Congress raises questions on the existence of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya and what is your loyalty towards democracy, this country has seen the dark shadow of Emergency in 1975.
The Chief Minister further said, you must have seen the conduct of Congress State President Ajay Rai, he goes to Hanumangarhi in Ayodhya for darshan but later throws a fish feast outside and shouts Ram-Ram. Shamelessness also has a limit. Whatever food was to be eaten, he would go outside Ayodhya and eat it. This is his dual character. Even a chameleon would feel ashamed in front of them as to what kind of species we have become as humans, who are shouting Ram-Ram in the temple, pretending to bow before Bajrangbali but going out and having a feast of fish. Yogi said that Ajay Rai's brother was murdered by a mafia but this person did not go to give a statement against that mafia. This man had knelt down and bowed before his brother's murderer. When the BJP government came, they rubbed that mafia and removed its husk.
