Raghav Chaddha targets AAP in Gen G style, calls the party a ‘toxic workplace’
Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha has given his open reaction for the first time after leaving Aam Aadmi Party and joining Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In a video message, he criticized the working style of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Zen Ji style, calling it a “toxic workplace”. (toxic workplace) told.
Chadha said that the party he was associated with has not been the same with time. He alleged that the freedom to work and speak in Parliament has been limited in the current system. He said, “Today this party is not the same as before. One is prevented from working here and is also prevented from speaking in Parliament.” He told that he worked with the party for about 15 years. He said, “I did not come to make a career in politics. I gave 15 years of my life to this party.”
On his decision to join BJP, he said that he felt like he was the right person, in the wrong party. He also said that he considered several options before taking this decision, including leaving politics, trying to bring about change within the party or joining some other political platform. Chadha also said that the decision was not just his personal decision. According to him, along with him many other MPs also distanced themselves from the party. “One person may be wrong, two people may be wrong, but seven people cannot be wrong,” he said.
Let us tell you that Rajya Sabha MPs including Raghav Chadha, Ashok Kumar Mittal, Harbhajan Singh, Sandeep Pathak, Vikramjit Singh Sahni, Swati Maliwal and Rajinder Gupta left AAP on April 24 and joined BJP.
Referring to the reaction on social media, Chadha said that his follower count declined after switching parties, but he did not cite it as a factor influencing his decision. He said that this decision has not been taken due to any pressure or fear, but due to dissatisfaction and disappointment. He has told that despite leaving the party, he will remain active in public life and will continue raising people’s issues.
