Before the second phase in Bengal, Modi said, we need trust, not fear!

Campaigning for the second phase of voting in West Bengal ended at 5 pm on Monday. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released an audio with an open letter to the people of West Bengal.

Prime Minister Modi said in an audio message released on social media platform X that my dear brothers and sisters of West Bengal, my greetings to all of you. Every festival of democracy is very sacred. I have also got the opportunity to participate in this festival of Bengal.

Recently, I have got the opportunity to outline before all of you the roadmap of BJP for the development of Bengal, for the bright future of Bengal and for the bright future of the people of Bengal. The election campaign is ending.
My last rally of this election has also taken place. Through a letter, I not only want to express my gratitude to every family member of Bengal, but I am also expressing my feelings.

He said that during this election I felt a different energy in Bengal. Despite so much heat and rallies, I did not feel at all tired in this election campaign in Bengal. These rallies, these road shows… I used to feel as if this was a religious journey of mine.

I used to go among the devotees of Maa Kali, so probably Maa Kali was also continuously filling me with new energy. When Ramlala’s Pran Pratistha was organized in Ayodhya in January 2024, before that I had fasted for 11 days with devotion. I feel that at that time Lord Shri Ram had filled me with immense energy.
In this election also, I got the same feeling as I get while visiting a deity’s temple. The sight of the people in the form of God has filled me with new energy.

PM Modi said that in all the rallies of Bengal, I have received so many loving pictures and messages that I can never forget them. Whenever I get the first chance after rallies and road shows, I look at those pictures and read the letters with great pleasure at night.

During this time I also get my answer written. Be it youth, sisters, daughters, or elders… the feeling of affection that I see and experience in you is the real asset of my life.

He said that friends, during this election I also saw that whether the youth of Bengal, women, farmers or workers, everyone is so impatient for the bright future of Bengal and for a developed Bengal. The youth of Bengal now wants an open field to move forward.

The daughters of Bengal want open skies, want security. Every citizen and every family of Bengal is moving forward with the same determination. The common man is saying that there is too much fear. Now we don’t need fear but trust, now we need BJP.

He said that serving Bengal, securing Bengal… this is my responsibility. It is my destiny and also my responsibility to convert every challenge faced by Bengal into an opportunity. I will not shy away from this responsibility.

I assure you that we will all celebrate the swearing-in ceremony of the BJP Chief Minister in Bengal together. The first phase of voting has created history. Now it is your responsibility to vote in this election on 29th April. Together we will make Bengal developed. This is Modi’s guarantee.
