Opposition raises questions on election process after defeat, this is their old habit: Brajesh Pathak!
Political rhetoric has intensified regarding the results of West Bengal Assembly elections. Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, while targeting the opposition, said that raising questions on the election process after the defeat has become their old habit. Talking to reporters, he said that when the opposition wins, it does not raise any questions on the Election Commission or the process, but after the defeat, it is made an issue, which is only an attempt to save its credibility.
Brajesh Pathak said that the opposition’s defeat is certain because it does politics of appeasement, whereas the people of the country have now become aware. According to him, the youth, women, poor and farmers of the country are now giving priority to development and stable leadership.
He claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is growing with a big mandate across the country.
Referring to West Bengal, he said that this state has once been a symbol of India’s rich cultural heritage, which gave a new direction to the world. Today, the influence of BJP is increasing in the country from West Bengal to South India and the “Lotus” is expanding. Expressing his gratitude to the public for this victory, he said that people have rejected the politics of fear and have stamped their trust.
The Deputy Chief Minister also expressed concern over the changing circumstances of West Bengal. He alleged that there has been an influence of dynastic politics and corruption in the state. At the same time, the demography of the border areas was changing rapidly. He said that amidst these circumstances, the people of West Bengal have taken important steps towards cultural renaissance.
Brajesh Pathak also paid tribute to great personalities during this period, which include Swami Vivekananda, Subhash Chandra Bose, Rabindranath Tagore and Syama Prasad Mukherjee. He said that the ideology and contribution of these great personalities have established the identity of West Bengal at the global level.
He expressed confidence that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is moving in a new direction, where development, cultural pride and national unity are being given priority. According to him, the election results of West Bengal are a sign of this change and its impact will be seen on national politics in the coming times.
