Modi Busy Touring The World Wont Win In 2029 Hussain Dalwais Jibe

Congress leader Hussain Dalwai gave his reaction on many issues including Maharashtra politics, Hindutva, controversy related to offerings in Siddhivinayak temple, cancellation of membership of BMC councilors and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to New Zealand. During this, he raised questions on Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

On Eknath Shinde’s statement, in which he had said that why no investigation was conducted into the irregularities in the offerings made at the Siddhivinayak temple when Uddhav Thackeray was the Chief Minister, Hussain Dalwai said that Eknath Shinde has raised the right question, but answers should also be sought from him.

Hussain Dalwai said, “When Eknath Shinde was part of the government, why did he not take any action in this matter? His views changed after joining the NDA. If there was any irregularity in the Siddhivinayak temple, it was his government’s responsibility to investigate it. He did nothing when he was a minister, then why is he raising this issue now?”

At the same time, Hussain Dalwai also reacted to the statement of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in which Yogi had said that Namaz was offered in Hanumangarhi, but can Samajwadi Party, Congress or any other government get Hanuman Chalisa recited in Jama Masjid? On this, Hussain Dalwai said, “In my opinion, it was absolutely wrong to offer Namaz where Hindus have faith.”

On the issue of cancellation of membership of four corporators in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) so far, Dalwai said that first of all it should be seen why such a situation has arisen. He said, “When someone is hired, why is he not thoroughly investigated first?”

Dalwai also commented on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to New Zealand and the comprehensive trade agreement between India and New Zealand. After almost 40 years, an Indian Prime Minister has visited New Zealand. During this visit, Prime Minister Modi described the trade agreement between India and New Zealand as a big step for both the countries.

Taking a dig at this, Hussain Dalwai said, “I think he will not be the Prime Minister after 2029, that is why he is touring the whole world.”
