At the same time, CJP announced the withdrawal of the movement from Jantar Mantar and said that the Central Government has accepted our demand and we announce to end the movement.

After talks with the government, Cockroach Janata Party’s national spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka said that we held three rounds of talks with the government delegation. Our protest at Jantar Mantar, which was going on for several days.

We had three main demands: resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan from the post of Union Education Minister, all legal cases filed against the protesters and organizers, FIRs should be withdrawn and no cases should be filed against the protesters or organizers in future.

CJP said that our demand was that a compensation of Rs 1 crore should be given to the families who lost their loved ones due to the absence of NEET paper. Just some time ago, Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned. This means that our first demand has been accepted.

Our second demand was that all FIRs registered against the protesters, not just in Delhi but in all BJP ruled and BJP allied states, should be withdrawn. The government has also accepted that demand. The FIRs will be withdrawn soon.

Saurav Das said that the government has assured us that it will share copies of all the FIRs registered, as per our previous information, 15 to 20 FIRs were registered in Delhi. In any case, we will get those copies in three to four days. The government has also assured that the FIRs will be withdrawn soon.

The government has said that it will share it with us by Tuesday. We hope that by Tuesday we will get a guarantee from the government regarding these FIRs and any future action.
