The protest was withdrawn after the resignation of the then Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Similarly, Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has shared a video. Also, in this video Anupam Kher has supported Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He has welcomed the victory of democracy and the voice of the people being heard, but Anupam Kher has expressed displeasure over the very vulgar language used against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, especially the abuses against him in several videos that have gone viral online.

Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has shared a video on his official Instagram handle. In which he has taken the side of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Anupam Kher said in the video, “The movement is now over and many things have become clear, this has proved that when students express their opinions honestly, democracy pays attention to them. Perhaps if this conversation could have happened earlier, perhaps the situation would not have reached this point. But ultimately a solution was found, and this is the biggest strength of democracy…”
Anupam Kher further said, “Now is the time to move forward, the country cannot be paralyzed by just one movement. The country has to move towards the future. However, in all this time, one thing has saddened all of us, or maybe not all of us, but me. I am very sad to see the abusive and vulgar language used against the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi in front of the cameras and on public platforms. Do we want to set such an example in front of the next generation? We One can disagree with a leader or raise questions on him…”

He further said, “It is not necessary to agree with anything. It is our duty to respect all his decisions. But still, I think it is our duty to respect the dignity of any elected Prime Minister. I am not sad that there was a protest, differences of opinion are normal in a democracy. I am sad that the language of expressing differences has gone to a very low level. And this is not limited to just the youth, people of all ages. Has used such indecent language…”
