On September 19, Ranveer and Deepika happily shared the news through a joint post on social media. The post read, “Welcome baby girl…19/9/2026…Dua, Deepika, Ranveer” along with tiny footprints of the baby.

On Friday, a day before the delivery, Ranveer and Deepika were seen taking blessings at Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai. The couple had also worshiped at the same famous temple just before the birth of their elder daughter Dua.
Deepika and Ranveer had announced their second pregnancy in April this year. She had posted a picture of her daughter Dua holding a pregnancy test kit, the result of which was positive.
After being in a relationship for many years, Deepika and Ranveer finally got married in a private but lavish ceremony in Lake Como, Italy in November 2018. Deepika and Ranveer welcomed their first daughter, Dua, on September 8, 2024.
