Badrinath Dham development due to Modi vision, Dhami performed chhachni dance with mother power!

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Shri Badrinath Dham on Saturday, where he was warmly welcomed by the temple committee and local people. During this, CM Dhami participated in the Devbhoomi Cultural Festival and Shri Badrinath Katha Mahotsav organized at Arrival Plaza.

Addressing the festival, Chief Minister Dhami mentioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi's connection with Uttarakhand. He said, “The Prime Minister has a deep attachment to Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand is in his heart and mind. We have requested him to come to Uttarakhand soon. If he comes, what could be more joyous for all of us than this?

The people of Devbhoomi love him as much as they love Uttarakhand. The people here consider him as a member of their family. Of course, he was born in Gujarat, but his heart has been connected to Uttarakhand since the beginning.”

The Chief Minister said that as per the vision of the Prime Minister, Shri Badrinath Dham is being developed under the master plan. Organized on the theme of Our Heritage and Our Future, this program is introducing the devotees and tourists to our handicrafts and organic products. Under the leadership of PM, our government is striving for the preservation of culture with the basic mantra of 'Development and heritage also'.

CM Dhami said that along with the rapid development of Badrinath Dham as per the master plan, basic facilities are being expanded in the marginal areas under the Vibrant Village Scheme.

Participating in the Shri Badrinath Katha Mahotsav, he said, “This Dham is the center of the eternal consciousness of India, a living center where that eternal consciousness remains alive and always present. Today's occasion is also special because we are celebrating the 125th birth anniversary of Gurudev Shastriji Maharaj Dharamjeevandasji Swami.

On this occasion, I pay my respectful obeisance at the holy feet of Gurudev, who set a shining example of sacrifice, penance and service to humanity throughout his life.”

He said that a large number of devotees have reached Badrinath in the last five days. The second phase of the Chardham Yatra has started and so far this year a record number of devotees have reached Devbhoomi Uttarakhand and visited the Chardhams. Smooth, safe and well-organized travel of devotees is our top priority.

During this tour, CM Dhami also reached Bamani village near Badrinath, where he performed the traditional 'Chhachhani' dance with local women. Its video is becoming very viral on social media.

Especially the immense love and blessings received from the motherly power left the mind overwhelmed with emotions. By participating in the test dance with the mother power, there was also an opportunity to be colored in the rich folk culture and traditions of Devbhoomi. This love of loved ones, blessings of motherly power and connection with the mountain soil is unforgettable.

He further wrote that after having darshan of Lord Badri Vishal at Shri Badrinath Dham, Chamoli, he wished for the happiness, prosperity and auspicious life of all the people of the state.
