Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said that teachers are the architects of the future of the nation. They not only impart bookish knowledge to the students but also build their character, personality and life values. Only the knowledge, values and guidance of teachers provide direction to the coming generations and pave the way for building a strong, educated and developed India.
Addressing the 'Educational Seminar and Felicitation Ceremony-2026' organized in Lucknow, the Deputy Chief Minister said that education is the cornerstone of positive change in the society. The role of teachers is very important in the progress and prosperity of any nation. The contribution of teachers in developing the sense of knowledge, discipline, morality, social responsibility and patriotism among students is incomparable.
Brajesh Pathak said that teacher's guidance not only shows the students the path to success but also inspires them to become responsible citizens. The aim of education is not limited to bookish knowledge but also to develop a sense of human values and social responsibilities within the students.
He said that teachers who make excellent contributions in the field of education are a source of inspiration for the entire society. Their dedication, hard work and commitment towards the students play an important role in making the future generation capable, responsible and cultured.
The Deputy Chief Minister called upon the teachers to impart knowledge to the students along with strengthening human values, innovation and self-confidence. Also, lay special emphasis on developing a sense of duty towards nation building among the students, so that they can contribute effectively to the development of the country in future.
He said that respect for teachers is actually respect for knowledge, values and spirit of nation building. It is only with the contribution of teachers that the society gets the right direction and the all-round development of the future generation of the country is ensured.
