Prashant Kishor said, leave caste and religion and vote for education and employment!

Jan Suraj founder Prashant Kishor arrived in Nalanda on Saturday to interact with the voters of the graduates and teachers constituency, where he appealed to the people to rise above caste, religion and political commitments and vote on the issues of education, employment and respect for teachers. Talking to the media, he said that this election is not an opportunity to form a government or remove any government, but to make the existing system accountable.

Prashant Kishore said that voters have to decide whether they want to live in the unbridled system of Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary or want to curb and rein it. He appealed to make Jan Suraj supported candidates Divya Jyoti and Anoop win with huge votes from Nalanda, Patna graduate and teacher constituency. While clarifying his statement regarding Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Prashant Kishore said that his words should not be distorted.

He alleged that Samrat Choudhary has failed in seventh class and has gone to jail for murder of seven people. He said that if MLA, MP or Minister starts deciding who is a criminal and he should be shot, then with the same logic Samrat Chaudhary can also be called a criminal.

He said that Samrat Chaudhary says that the court has acquitted him. In such a situation, the people against whom action is being taken should also have the right to go to court for justice. Prashant Kishore challenged and said that if he has said something wrong then Samrat Chaudhary's government can take action by filing a case against him.

He said that he stands by his statement and is not afraid. Prashant Kishore also reacted to the questions being raised regarding a viral video of Jan Suraj. Referring to BJP's state media in-charge Danish Iqbal, he asked why would BJP's media in-charge praise Jan Suraj?

He said that there is BJP government in Center and Bihar. In such a situation, people should check the truth of the allegations against Jan Suraj about distributing money. On a statement by JDU MLA Anant Singh, he said that this is an internal matter of the party and those in power can investigate it and take action. Let us tell you that elections are being held on eight seats of Bihar Legislative Council and Jan Suraj has fielded his candidates on all the seats.
