Nadda attacks 'Chalo Delhi' march, claims fall of Congress!

Union Minister J.P. Nadda has accused Rahul Gandhi and India Block of spreading anarchy in the name of democracy. He said his rally was aimed at destabilizing the elected government, causing harm to Delhi's traders during the festival season and insulting the victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. Nadda claimed that the rally would prove to be “the last nail in the coffin of the political decline of the Congress”.

Speaking at the mega rally of the Indi alliance, Union Minister JP Nadda said, “What is happening today at Ramlila Maidan is not respect for democracy, rather, it is a well-planned conspiracy to push the country into anarchy in the name of democracy. It is a foolish drama created by those who have been repeatedly defeated and rejected by the public.”

He said that the public understands this very well. Rahul Gandhi, today I want to tell the country what is the model of your politics? The first step is to spread lies and rumours, the second is to create chaos and anarchy on the streets and the third is to harm the country's economy and the fourth is to try to destabilize an elected government at the behest of foreign powers.

JP Nadda further said, “This drama created by Rahul Gandhi on November 1 has four objectives. Firstly, to rub salt on the wounds of our Sikh brothers, secondly to topple the democratically elected government by spreading riots and chaos in Delhi, thirdly to defraud the earnings of shopkeepers and traders of Delhi during the festival season and fourthly to defame the country.”

Addressing Rahul Gandhi, JP Nadda said, “This is India, it is not a banana republic that can run the agenda of arson, riots and regime change whenever they want. Rahul Gandhi, stop dreaming. India is the oldest and strongest democracy in the world. November 1 is the most infamous and darkest stain in the history of India.”

On this very day, Congress goons had massacred innocent Sikh brothers. Thousands of Sikh families were rendered homeless overnight. Thousands of sisters had become widows, the country has not forgotten this. Even today, the Widow Colony of Delhi is testifying to the horrific and bloody history of the Congress.
Till date the Gandhi family has not even apologized wholeheartedly for that great sin. Today again on November 1, Rahul Gandhi has rubbed salt into the wounds of the Sikhs.”

He said, “Look at the insensitivity of Congress and the petty mentality of Rahul Gandhi. On this dark day when the entire country should remember the martyrs and victims, Rahul Gandhi is only engaged in furthering his political agenda by standing at Ramlila Maidan.”

According to the Union Minister, the aim of Rahul Gandhi and Congress is to bring Delhi to a standstill, endanger the livelihood of small shopkeepers and traders and create unrest and riot-like atmosphere in the country during this festival season.

He said, “It is the festive season now, Dhanteras, Diwali and Chhath Puja are about to come. Our small traders, street vendors and shopkeepers wait for this time the whole year so that they can earn enough to buy clothes for their children and meet the household expenses. However, Rahul Gandhi does not care whether the stoves in the houses of these traders will be lit or not; he is only interested in stoking the fire of his politics.”

Nadda said that 'Chamber of Trade and Industry' (CTI) had written separate letters to Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav and Mamata Banerjee requesting them not to organize political programs on such a large scale in Delhi during the festival season.

Due to the earlier protests, traders of Delhi have suffered a loss of approximately Rs 3,000 crore. Moreover, it is estimated that our shopkeepers may suffer a loss of more than Rs 10,000 crore due to the current political drama.”

He said that a large number of small traders operate in major markets of Delhi like Chandni Chowk, Sadar Bazaar, Khari Baoli, Karol Bagh and entire Central Delhi.

Nadda asked, “Rahul Gandhi, today I want to ask all the allies of the 'India' alliance, are you also involved in the Congress Party's sin of rubbing salt on the wounds of our Sikh brothers? Are you also involved in the sin of ruining the businessmen of Delhi? Have you reached such an extent that while hating the BJP, you have now started hating the people of this country as well?”

Taking aim at Rahul Gandhi's foreign visits and the “derogatory” comments made against the country during those visits, the Union Minister asked, “Is this your agenda? Is your aim not to develop the country but to spread devastation across the country?”

He further said, “I want to clearly tell Rahul Gandhi and the Congress Party that the people of India will no longer be deceived by you. Your 'toolkit' for spreading anarchy has now been exposed.

He said, “Rahul Gandhi, listen carefully, you cannot hide the dark history of November 1. You will be held accountable for the tears of Delhi businessmen, you cannot escape from it. India is a strong democracy. Your riot-inciting politics will not work here, but will be governed by the country's constitution and the mandate of the people. This rally of yours will prove to be the last nail in the coffin of the political decline of the Congress party.”
