21 year old ‘Muskaan Kumari’ from Begusarai, Bihar created history by becoming a BPSC officer.
Begusarai. Muskan Kumari, a resident of Bakhri in Begusarai district in Bihar, has hoisted the flag of success by securing 80th rank in the Bihar Public Service Commission examination at the age of just 21. Muskaan has obtained the post of Assistant Planning Officer.

Achievement achieved after marriage
Muskaan, resident of Bakhri and daughter-in-law of gold businessman Kanhaiyalal Sah, has proved that any goal can be achieved with determination and family support. Muskaan has given full credit for her success to her parents and in-laws.
Minister said pride for the society
Bihar Government Minister Sanjay Paswan, who came to congratulate Muskaan, said that it is very difficult for any girl to pass a difficult examination like Civil Services at such a young age after marriage, but by passing this examination, Muskaan has set a big example for the daughters of the country and the society.
