Still, the government is showing them as running on paper, he challenged the UP government and the people of BJP and said that if someone finds one of these five schools and shows it, he will give a reward of Rs 1 lakh.

Aam Aadmi Party challenges the Yogi government and the people of BJP to find one school out of these five. I will give one lakh rupees to the person who finds it. The names of these five primary schools of Jaunpur are Primary School Dhalgarh Tola, Primary School Misirpur, Girls Composite School Gagan Arjani, Primary School Urdu Bazaar and Primary School Bagh Hasin.

Sanjay Singh said that in the letter of the City Education Officer, it has been told about these five schools that there is no trace of them. These schools were running in rented houses and now they have been taken over by the building owners. Despite this, Misirpur Primary School, Girls Composite School Gagan Arjani, Bagh Hasin School, Dhalgarh Tola School and Urdu Bazar School are visible operational on the online U-DICE portal of Uttar Pradesh Government. These schools are running on U-DICE, but in reality neither the address of the school, nor of the children nor of the teachers is known. From donation theft, offering theft, land theft and sugar theft, this case has now come to light. Such an example will not be found anywhere in the entire country where an entire school has disappeared.
FIR against corrupt officials
Sanjay Singh said that the Chief Minister and his BSA and other officials are saying that they will lodge an FIR. When school theft is taking place, the FIR should be against the thieves and corrupt officials who stole the school, and not against those who made the video. I demand from the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh that in case of all such dilapidated schools, if they are in rural areas, then an FIR should be registered against the Block Education Officer and BSA. Where the District Magistrate (DM) is involved, an FIR should also be registered against the DM.
Dictatorship will not work
Giving two examples, Sanjay Singh said that Aam Aadmi Party’s Youth Wing State President Pankaj Singh went to Noida and made a video of the dilapidated condition of the school, but instead of repairing the school, an FIR was registered against Pankaj Singh. Similarly, in Hardoi, our worker Firoz Siddiqui made a video of the dilapidated school and roads, then the DM of Hardoi filed a case against him. Instead of filing FIR against those who are eating mid-day meal money and committing scams in construction work, the government is filing FIR against those who are exposing the truth. I want to clearly tell the Uttar Pradesh government that dictatorship will not work. Action should be taken against those who have created this condition of schools and mid-day meals and those who have stolen schools. I myself will give an application to register a case in three districts including Jaunpur and if FIR is not registered against the responsible culprits, then I will go to the court under Section 156(3) and file an FIR against the guilty officials.

The children of officials and politicians do not study there, but the children of poor and villagers study there, so they do not care and they have ruined the schools. We are not making any big demand, when the BJP government can spend thousands and lakhs of crores of rupees for the capitalists, then it should also spend some money for the poor children of Uttar Pradesh and fix these schools. This program of highlighting the poor condition of schools will continue. There is no trace of the five schools of Jaunpur that I have mentioned, neither the children nor the teachers. If someone finds those schools and shows them, I have announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh.
