How to make rice pakoras
Rice pakodas taste very tasty. To prepare these, first put cooked rice in a big bowl. Now add gram flour, onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves and mix well. After this, prepare the mixture by adding turmeric, red chilli, celery and salt. If necessary, add some water and make a thick batter.
Put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. The oil should be at the right temperature, so that the pakoras become crispy. Now take small portions from the prepared mixture and put them in hot oil. Fry them until they become golden brown and crisp. Do not add too many pakodas at one time, otherwise they will not cook properly.
Remove the fried pakodas in a plate and place on tissue paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot pakodas with green chutney or tomato sauce. These can also be prepared and served to children when they feel a little hungry during the day.
