We eat mango as a fruit but many people also prepare various types of sweet desserts from it and eat it. Ice cream, falooda, cake and many other things are made from mango. Today we are going to tell you a special recipe of Mango Fruit Custard, which requires neither sugar nor cream. Still, this Mango Fruit Custard turns out to be equally creamy, smooth and delicious. So let’s know its recipe.
Material
Ripe mango – 1 big
Banana – 1 (for natural sweetness)
Milk – 1 cup (cold or lukewarm)
Soaked cashews – 8–10 (for creamy texture)
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch
Chopped fruits – like apple, grapes, pomegranate (of your choice)
Method
- First of all, take out the pulp of mango and peel and cut the banana.
- Now add mango, banana, soaked cashew nuts and milk in the mixer. Blend it well until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
- If you want, you can give it a light flavor by adding cardamom powder. Take out the prepared mixture in a bowl.
- Add chopped fruits on top and mix lightly. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes (if preferred cold).
