This government land worth about Rs 259 crore is recorded in the records, but in reality there are illegal constructions on it and the administration does not seem to be in a position to give a clear answer yet. According to government rules, there is a ban on free holding of Nazul land after 2008. Despite this, not only was the freehold shown, but construction was also done on a large scale.

The most shocking aspect is that in the internal investigation of the District Magistrate, the NOC related to the construction of multi-storey DMR Hospital was found to be fake. Now the question arises that when the fake documents have been confirmed, then why was no action taken against the multi-storey DMR Hospital? As per records, this land was originally on residential lease in the name of Bhagirathi alias Kunti wife of Mir Khan. After his death, the land was registered in the name of the heirs, whereas this was not possible without the permission of the District Magistrate. That is, it is clear that the transfer of name took place against the rules, later the land was also sold and serious irregularities were committed in the entire process.

Now District Magistrate Anuj Singh should clarify where the government land worth Rs 259 crore has gone? Why has no action like bulldozing or sealing been taken on DMR Hospital despite fake NOC? With the connivance of which officials this entire game happened? Until these questions are answered, this case will be considered a big administrative collusion.

DMR Hospital is being built on the land of Nazul Land No. 470 of Village Cantonment in Civil Lines. The area of ​​plot number 470 of Nazul Land in Village Cantonment is 4.95 acres. Of this, only 2714 square meters of land is freehold, while the remaining 17,318 square meters is Nazul land, which should be in the possession of the government. According to Nazul records, the land on which Dr. Manjesh is building the hospital is not a free hold area. Rather the free hold area is behind this land. On which there is already construction. Meaning, on the basis of fake forms, Dr. Manjesh Rathi is openly occupying more than 6000 square meters of Nazul’s valuable government land and building a multi-storey DMR hospital. Whereas the administration remains a mute spectator.

Even after complaining to CM, officers are not taking cognizance

Most importantly, a complaint about occupation of Nazul’s land was also made to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Even after this, MDA officials did not try to know the truth of the map. The authority is keeping the matter pending under the pretext of investigation. It is being said that the officials are also aware about the fake NOC. Also, the place where Dr. Manjesh Rathi is building the hospital is not a freehold area. Rather the free hold area is behind this land. Despite this, Dr. Manjesh Rathi is indiscriminately trying to take over Nazul’s land and the officials are supporting him.

Despite complaint from CM and orders of DM, work is continuously going on in two to three shifts on the disputed land. All these officers are turning a blind eye despite knowing everything. These officers are not ready to do anything even after complaining to the CM.

Out of this land of about 4.95 acres (20032 square meters), only 2713 square meters of land is free hold, while the remaining 17318 square meters of land is government Nazul land. A big game of occupation of this Nazul land has been going on for a long time. Dr. Manjesh Rathi is involved in this game of possession. When the matter escalated, District Magistrate Moradabad took cognizance of it and wrote to Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) regarding this. If sources are to be believed, the famous doctor is also getting construction done on Nazul’s land but the responsible officials are avoiding action.
