Amidst the ongoing tension within the family, the daughter narrated her ordeal to her mother, after which the matter reached the police. The complaint also said that the accused often became violent under the influence of alcohol and tried to intimidate the family.

However, during investigation the matter turned upside down when the girl refused her earlier statement. During police and medical examination, she said that she was not sexually abused in any way, but admitted to being beaten by her father. Now the police is investigating the entire matter in depth, so that the truth can be brought out.

Case registered on mother’s complaint

According to the information, this case is of a village in Israna police station area. In the complaint given to the police, the victim’s mother said that her husband often fights and beats at home under the influence of alcohol. He also alleged that he has been misbehaving with his elder daughter for a long time.
