Was the Noida violence the result of some conspiracy? Mahesh Jethmalani told ‘test case’

New Delhi: The recent violence in Noida is no longer considered a normal labor dispute. After the facts found in the investigation, arrests and opinion of legal experts, it is being said to be part of a well-planned conspiracy. However, due to the prompt action of the UP government, the situation was brought under control within a few hours and major loss was averted.

Mahesh Jethmalani told ‘test case’

According to media reports, senior advocate and former Rajya Sabha member Mahesh Jethmalani refused to consider this incident as ordinary. He says that this was a ‘test case’ through which it was tested how organized violence can be spread in metro cities. Citing ‘Urban Radical Network’ he said that new methods are being adopted to spoil the environment in urban areas.

Shocking facts revealed in the investigation!

Let us tell you that the figures revealed in the investigation are serious. Of the total 66 arrests, 45 people were not workers. It is clear from this that outsiders played a big role in the movement. And Mahesh Jethmalani’s claims also appear to be correct to some extent.

Of the 17 identified accused of arson, 11 were arrested, of which 8 were non-workers. 32 people were identified and 19 arrested on charges of instigation. Apart from this, 34 people were also caught who were not workers, but were spoiling the atmosphere by participating in the protest.

Sources say that this entire incident could be a conspiracy to destabilize a big industrial hub like Noida. The role of some organized networks and external elements is under investigation. Attempts to worsen the situation by spreading rumors and provoking people on social media have also come to light.

Yogi government’s swift action and control over the situation

It is noteworthy that on the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the administration immediately took charge. The situation came under control within a few hours. The government took immediate decisions in the interest of the workers, which got the support of both the workers and the industry. After this, industrial activities rapidly got back on track.

During this time, the state government has bluntly said that those who play with law and order will not be spared. The administration also says that no such conspiracy will be allowed to succeed and the culprits will be given strict punishment. The investigation is still going on and more people associated with the network are being searched.
