Regarding the West Bengal assembly elections, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai expressed confidence that the people of Bengal are fed up with TMC’s rule. People are looking towards change, I think BJP will form the government in Bengal.
While talking to the media in Raipur, CM Sai said that the situation of BJP in West Bengal is very good. I myself went to Bengal and participated in nomination rallies in four assembly constituencies. There is huge enthusiasm among the workers and there is deep anger among the people against TMC and Mamata Banerjee government. Expressing confidence, CM Sai said that I have full confidence that BJP government will be formed in Bengal.
Taking a dig at Mamata Banerjee’s tenure, CM Sai said that nothing happened during the 15 years of TMC rule. Now the public wants change.
On women’s reservation, he said that the opposition parties have done a great injustice to the mothers and sisters of the country. PM Modi wanted to increase women’s participation in politics by giving 33 percent reservation. But, the opposition parties did not allow women to get their rights.
He announced that a censure motion would be passed on this issue in the Assembly.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai announced the launch of a 24-hour ‘CM Helpline’. This helpline will work seven days a week. Anyone can register their complaint through the toll-free number. All complaints will be resolved in a timely manner. If any officer does not resolve the complaint within the stipulated time limit, action will be taken against him.
Referring to ‘Lakhpati Didi’, he said that as per the resolution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Chhattisgarh government is making women self-reliant by making them ‘Lakhpati Didi’. The target of creating 8 lakh Lakhpati Didis in the state has been successfully achieved.
Now the new target has been set to create 10 lakh lakhpati didis. This initiative is not only accelerating the economic empowerment of women, but is also playing an important role in making the rural economy strong and self-reliant.
