Intellect Design Arena Ltd has announced a strategic partnership with Khalsa Credit Union to transform the latter’s digital banking ecosystem through its next-generation platform.
According to the company’s announcement dated April 21, 2026, Khalsa Credit Union (KCU), based in Surrey, British Columbia, will adopt Intellect’s eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) to enhance its digital capabilities and customer experience. The move is aimed at delivering a seamless, intuitive, and member-centric banking interface across both mobile and online channels.
The collaboration is expected to modernise KCU’s digital infrastructure by enabling a unified omnichannel experience, improving customer engagement, and increasing adoption of banking services. With a growing membership base and a strong community presence in British Columbia, KCU is looking to strengthen its positioning as a forward-looking financial institution through this technology upgrade.
By deploying Intellect’s platform, KCU aims to benefit from enhanced member experience through improved digital self-service capabilities, faster rollout of new financial products, and improved operational efficiencies via a scalable, cloud-ready architecture. The platform also offers future-ready scalability through a composable, microservices-based framework designed to adapt to evolving financial services requirements.
