IRS Officer Daughter Murder Case: Main accused Rahul Meena in the grip of police, had taken revenge for being fired from job
Police have arrested former domestic help Rahul Meena in connection with the murder of the 21-year-old daughter of an IRS officer in South Delhi’s Kailash Hills. The accused committed the crime to take revenge for being fired from the job, and had also raped her in Alwar 11 hours before the incident. In a sensational murder case, the police have made a big revelation and arrested the main accused, former domestic helper Rahul Meena.
CCTV footage of accused servant Rahul has surfaced. In this he is seen talking on the phone. He was hiding in a hotel in Dwarka area.
Police has arrested the accused in the murder case of IRS officer’s daughter in Delhi. Accused Rahul Meena was taken into custody by the police. It is alleged that Rahul strangled a 21 year old girl to death with the wire of a mobile charger. The accused was hiding in a hotel in Dwarka.
In the CCTV footage, the accused was seen talking to someone on the phone. Two of his CCTV footage have surfaced. One is about to head towards the IRS officer’s house. In this Rahul is wearing black colored pants. The second CCTV is of him leaving the house in which Rahul is wearing white colored pants and also has a bag on his shoulder.
According to the information so far, the accused used to work in the same house earlier. He was fired from his job about a month ago. In this case, a team of Delhi Police had reached Rajgarh in Alwar district of Rajasthan.
Police said that the postmortem report is awaited to confirm whether the deceased was sexually assaulted or not. The police have also detained two others in this case. One of them cleans cars in the area and the other is a servant in the neighbourhood.
According to the police, Rahul Meena committed this crime to take revenge for being fired from his job about one and a half months ago. He had previously worked in the house for eight months and knew even where the key was kept. Taking advantage of this, he entered the house after the couple went to the gym in the morning. He was fired from his job about a month ago due to Bill’s manipulation in purchasing everyday items.
According to the police, the accused entered the house at around 6 in the morning. He attacked and harassed the victim. The victim was attacked with a stick due to which she suffered serious injuries on her face. After this, the accused strangled her to death with the cable of a mobile charger.
The case took a more shocking turn when investigation revealed that the accused had also raped a girl living in his neighborhood in Alwar, Rajasthan, just 11 hours before reaching Delhi. After this he came straight to Delhi and committed this crime. According to police sources, the accused quickly ran away from the spot after the incident and went towards Aastha Kunj Park. With the help of several teams he was tracked and arrested.
