Ingredients of Almond Soup Recipe:

1 cup almonds, soaked overnight and peeled

4 cups vegetable stock or water

1/2 cup milk (you can use any milk of your choice)

1 onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt as per taste

black pepper as per taste

Fresh coriander leaves or mint leaves for garnish

Step 1: Prepare Almonds

Take almonds soaked overnight and peel them.
