Michael Jackson’s personal belonging to be sold for millions

Pop legend Michael Jackson’s personal belongings and fashion collection can possibily fetch up to €1m at auction.

The pop star’s collection of items are expected to go under the hammer at an upcoming auction in Paris.

The sale, hosted by Aguttes Auction House, features around 50 pieces, including the late star’s iconic rhinestone glove worn during the Bad World Tour.

While the Thriller singer passed away in 2009, his personal belongings have been kept secured and ove the past years have been sold from time to time.

This auction is expected to include 50 items owned by the late star that are presented in the “immersive biopic” exhibition.

The event is titled Pop Culture + Memorabilia: Michael, which will begin from from May 30 and go on till June 2.

The catalogue’s headline piece is the glove MJ wore on the Bad World Tour concerts from 1987 until 1989 along with the prototype number two of the Pepsi commercial.

Both the items can fetch up to €150,000.

Another item is listed as the T-shirt worn in Scream with Michael’s now 59-year-old sister Janet Jackson.

The Head of the Pop Culture + Memorabilia Department, Arthur Perault, has said “More than a sale, this event offers a physical encounter with genius.”
