AAP News : Big leaders including Raghav Chadha and Harbhajan Singh quit; Operation Lotus tunneled AAP’s stronghold
- Raghav Chadha’s decision to quit AAP
- Raghav Chadha along with seven MPs will revolt
- Including leaders trusted by Arvind Kejriwal
Operation Lotus on AAP : New Delhi : A major incident affecting the country’s politics has come to the fore. BJP has played a big game on the flip side of politics. BJP has succeeded in breaking Aam Aadmi Party MPs by doing Operation Lotus. This includes important AAP and leaders of Arvind Kejriwal’s faith. MP Raghav Chadha (Raghav Chadha) has announced this by holding a press conference. Two-thirds of Aam Aadmi Party people are going to join BJP. This has caused a great political stir.
The split in the Aam Aadmi Party, which is gearing up for the Punjab assembly elections after losing power in Delhi, is being considered as the biggest blow to Arvind Kejriwal. Most of the leaders who quit the party are from Punjab and they played important role in the party. But the Aam Aadmi Party has suffered a big shock due to his decision to defect. This also includes Ashok Mittal, who replaced Raghav Chadha as Deputy Leader of the Rajya Sabha.

Announcing the split in AAP, Raghav Chadha said at a press conference, “Aam Aadmi Party has 10 MPs in the Rajya Sabha. More than two-thirds of the MPs are with us in this campaign. They have signed. We have submitted a letter to the Rajya Sabha Speaker.” Chadha, who was present at the press conference along with Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal, said that Harbhajan Singh, Rajendra Gupta, Vikram Sahni and Swati Maliwal are also joining the BJP. Raghav Chadha tried to raise Kejriwal’s anxiety by saying that apart from these seven people, he is also in touch with them.
Three leaders were already suspected
Three of the seven MPs who left the Aam Aadmi Party and joined the BJP were already expected to take such a step. In this, the news of differences between Raghav Chadha and ‘AAP’ was made public. When he was removed as deputy leader earlier this month, there were speculations that Chadha would leave Kejriwal at any moment. Harbhajan Singh also remained silent on the party’s activities for a long time. Everyone knows the whole story of Swati Maliwal’s rebellion.

Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal gave a surprise
Arvind Kejriwal himself must have been surprised by the two names in this big split in AAP. Ashok Mittal is the same person who was appointed as Deputy Leader by the party in place of Raghav Chadha. On the other hand, Sandeep Pathak was recently termed as Arvind Kejriwal’s most trusted strategist, working on the party’s expansion plans. So the joining of these two leaders to BJP was very unexpected and shocking.
