Why did AAP lose the assembly elections in Delhi? Raghav Chadha now told the reason
Raghav Chadha, who merged with BJP along with seven MPs a day earlier, on Saturday launched a scathing attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He mentioned the Sheesh Mahal controversy, which BJP had made a big issue in the assembly elections. Raghav Chadha claimed that the Sheeshmahal controversy was one of the main reasons behind the Aam Aadmi Party’s defeat in Delhi. He also said that the leaders who left the party did so not out of fear, but because of growing disappointment, disillusionment and hatred towards the organization.
Raghav Chadha further said, ‘Any true patriot who had nurtured AAP with his blood and sweat with great hope has either left the party or is in the process of leaving. Every honest and hardworking person is now realizing that there is no room left for you to work and the party is moving on the wrong path. No one wants to be associated with this. For this reason, leaders are leaving the party one after the other.

Mentioned Sheesh Mahal Part 2
In his statement, Raghav Chadha mentioned Sheesh Mahal and targeted Aam Aadmi Party for the first time. He said that not even a year has passed since the Delhi elections and ‘Sheesh Mahal Part Two’ has already come out. Aam Aadmi Party should introspect on these issues. When the general public on the streets will ask questions about ‘Sheesh Mahal’, what answer will the remaining party workers give them?
Let us tell you that Delhi Government Cabinet Minister Pravesh Verma held a press conference on Saturday. In this, he accused Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal of arranging luxuries by spending personal money on the bungalow allotted in Lodhi Estate and addressed it as Sheesh Mahal-2. However, former Delhi CM Atishi termed BJP’s allegations as false and the pictures released by Pravesh Verma as fake.

Raghav broke two-thirds of the MPs
Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadda, who was away from party activities for the last one year, has rebelled along with 7 out of 10 party MPs and joined BJP. Late night he met BJP President Nitin Nabin. Rajya Sabha MPs Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal were also present with him. Just a few days ago, AAP had removed Raghav Chadha from the post of deputy leader in Rajya Sabha. Ashok Mittal was appointed in his place.
Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party demanded cancellation of membership of all MPs from Rajya Sabha and in its statement termed all of them as traitors. Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh accused BJP of running ‘Operation Lotus’. Apart from this, he was accused of breaking the party by showing fear of central agencies.
