Heat wave alert in many states including UP-Bihar, relief from heat may be available till night

Different colors of weather will be seen across the country today. On one hand, the heat is troubling people in North and Central India, while on the other hand, rains and storms are still going on in Eastern and North-Eastern India. At the same time, there is mixed weather in South India. Today, changes can be seen in the weather of many states. According to the Meteorological Department, heat wave may persist in North-West and Central India for the next few days. There is a possibility of strong winds and rain accompanied by thunderstorms in many parts of Northeast and Eastern India.

 

The heat may bother you again today in Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, the sky will be clear in Delhi today. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of severe heat wave in Delhi. Today the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be 42 degrees Celsius. Scorching hot winds will blow at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour during the day. The Meteorological Department has advised people to avoid sunlight.

Weather in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar

The weather in Uttar Pradesh remains challenging. Heat can trouble people in many districts. However, by evening the weather may also change. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, rains are likely to start in the state from April 27, due to which people can get some relief from the scorching heat. Warnings of rain and storm have been given in Kanpur, Varanasi, Meerut, Agra, Mathura and Prayagraj. Along with this, dusty winds will blow in western Uttar Pradesh, which will provide slight relief from rain.

 

 

Talking about Bihar, the weather in Bihar is likely to be similar to that of Uttar Pradesh. People of Bihar will definitely be troubled by the heat today but it is expected that there will be relief from the heat by evening. According to the Meteorological Department, a strong storm with a speed of 55 kilometers per hour can occur in many districts of Bihar. Along with this, the possibility of hailstorm in some parts has also been expressed.

 

Heat wave alert in these states

Many variations of weather will be seen today. On one hand, there is a possibility of heat wave in the afternoon, while in some states, clouds may rain in the evening. The Meteorological Department has today declared heat wave alert in many states of North India and Central India. The states where heat wave alert has been declared include some districts of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow heat alert in Western Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha region of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh. There is a possibility of extreme heat in these places even at night.

rain in the northeast

There is a possibility of rain in Northeast and Eastern India. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of bad weather. There is a possibility of light rain along with hailstorm in Jharkhand and West Bengal. Along with this, yellow alert has been issued in both these states. According to the Meteorological Department, rains may continue in Sikkim, West Bengal and other northeastern states for the next few days. Among these states, very heavy rains are likely in Assam and Meghalaya between April 27 and 30. The Meteorological Department has asked people to remain alert.
