PM Modi appealed to the people to make Census 2027 successful, said – ‘Census of the country is not just a government work’

New Delhi, 26 April. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the countrymen in the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program on Sunday to work together to make Census 2027 a success. He said that this is the world’s largest census. The census of the country is not just a government work. This is the responsibility of all of us.

Census 2027 is digital, all information is being recorded in digital medium.

PM Modi said in his address, ‘A very important campaign is currently going on in the country, about which it is important for every Indian to know. This is a census campaign. Those friends who have already gone through such a process, this time their experience of census is going to be different. Census 2027 has been made digital. All the information is being recorded directly in digital medium. Door-to-door workers have a mobile app. They will talk to you and enter the information in it.

You can also enter your information yourself in this census.

Appealing to the countrymen to participate in the census, PM Modi said, ‘This time your participation in the census has also been made easy, you can also register your information yourself. The facility will be activated for you 15 days before the employee’s arrival. You can fill the information as per your time.

PM Modi said, ‘When you complete the process, you get a special ID. This ID comes on your mobile or email. Later when the employee comes to your home, you can verify the information by showing the same ID. Due to this there is no need to give information again.

so far almost House listing work of 1.20 crore families completed

He informed that in the states where self-enumeration work has been completed, the work of listing of houses has also been started by the enumeration staff. Till now, the house listing work of about one crore 20 lakh families has been completed.

This is kept confidential. It is secured with digital security. Come, let us all participate in this process together.
