Mumbai Youth Arrested For Knife Attack: Jaib, the accused who stabbed two security guards in Mumbai, arrested, had earlier asked about religion on the lines of Pahalgam attack
Mumbai Police has arrested Zaib Zubair Ansari, accused of stabbing two security guards after asking them about their religion in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. Jaib first asked the religion of two security guards Subroto Sen and Rajkumar Mishra near Mira Road in Mumbai and then asked them to recite Kalma. It is alleged that when both the guards said that they could not read the Kalma, Jaib attacked them with a knife. During investigation, Mumbai Police found out that there were videos of Pahalgam terrorist attack in Jaib’s mobile. He also used to watch propaganda videos of terrorist organization ISIS.

After this was revealed, now the investigation of the case has been handed over to Maharashtra ATS. It is being ascertained whether Zaib Zubair Ansari, accused of stabbing the security guards, is connected to any terrorist organization. According to Mumbai Police, the accused Zaib Zubair Ansari is 31 years old. On Monday, he had gone to guards Subroto Sen and Rajkumar Mishra posted in the building being constructed in Naya Nagar area of Mira Road and stabbed them there after asking about religion and not reciting Kalma. Subroto did not suffer serious injuries, but Rajkumar Mishra’s condition is said to be critical. As soon as the information about the stabbing was received, the police of Naya Nagar police station reached the spot and arrested Jaib Zubair Ansari.

According to the police, Jaib had absconded after attacking the guards. After examining the CCTV footage, Mumbai Police reached Jaib’s rented house in Naya Nagar area of Mira Road East and then arrested him. According to media reports, Jaib was also asked by the landlord to vacate the house by May 5. According to the police, Zaib Zubair Ansari had gone to America in the year 2000. He has studied in America. Jab returned to India in the year 2019. Till some time ago he used to teach mathematics and chemistry in a coaching center.
