Jahangir Khan seems to be saying that some people are roaming around with the central forces and making big claims, but in our area the people are the real strength. If the people here take to the streets, the central forces will fly away. Jahangir further says that every woman here is the form of Mother Durga. Just as Mother Durga knows how to defeat demons, similarly the mothers here also know how to deal with the central forces working at the behest of BJP.

This video of Jahangir Khan also went viral. After which the TMC leader told the media that yesterday at around 3 pm he (Ajay Pal Sharma) came here and tried to threaten my security people in the party office. Jahangir Khan said that then he went to my house and tried to threaten the family. The TMC leader said, is this the duty of the police observer? If he has something to say, he should tell it to the SP or the police station incharge. There is no rule of the Election Commission which says that a police observer can go to people’s homes and threaten them. Jahangir Khan retorted and alleged that these people are doing illegal work to help BJP and are trying to threaten TMC leaders and workers because they know that they will not be able to win.
