Karisma Kapoor’s children Samaira and Kiaan have got a big relief from this decision. Whereas it is a big shock for Sanjay Kapoor’s current wife Priya Kapoor. The court has said that the responsibility of clearing the children’s doubts regarding the will is on Priya Kapoor. The children have found a prima facie case of doubt over the will.
Delhi High Court has approved interim injunction on the petition of Karishma’s children. Delhi High Court has ordered to maintain status quo on Sanjay Kapoor’s properties. The court has frozen Sanjay Kapoor’s bank accounts. Rani Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor have got relief from the decision of Delhi High Court.
The High Court has said that Priya Kapoor should remove the doubts raised by Karisma’s children. Justice Jyoti Singh said, property should not be destroyed. Property must be protected. Delhi High Court has also banned the operation of bank accounts. The court froze Sanjay Kapoor’s bank accounts. The judge said that if the will is proved to be fake during the hearing of the case, it would be injustice to Samaira and Kiyan.
