Census 2027: Now census will be done through mobile app, team will reach door to door in UP from May 22: Know what you have to do

Census 2027: in Uttar Pradesh census 2027 The process is going to start now. This time the first phase i.e. House Listing and Housing Census (HLO) will run from 22 May to 20 June. According to officials, its preparations were in full swing since April 1 and training was being given to the employees. In this phase, information related to your house, such as condition of the house, water, toilet, facilities etc., will be collected.

Keep in mind, in this phase the number of people living in the house or their personal information will not be taken. This work will be done in the second phase, which will be done simultaneously in the entire country in February 2027.

How many people will be involved?

This process is very big. About 5.25 lakh employees will be involved in this. This includes 18 thousand charge officers, 75 thousand supervisors and lakhs of enumerators. These people will go door-to-door and collect information.

What’s new this time?

this time census It is going to be digital. For the first time, data will be collected through mobile app. However, where necessary, paper forms will also be used.

Can you provide the information yourself?

Yes, the government has given Self Enumeration (SE) platform. You can fill your information online yourself till May 20. Officials will verify it later.

Yes, enumerators will come to every house by May 20. They will take information related to your home, facilities and infrastructure.

Will the data be safe?

Officials say that your information will remain completely confidential. It will be used only for statistical purposes.
