According to the report, at least 21 people have been hanged in Iran since February 28. Apart from this, more than 4000 people have been arrested in cases related to national security.

The United Nations has said that there should be a ban on executions and there should be a fair trial. On the other hand, human rights organizations say that strict action is being taken deliberately against anti-government people in Iran.
