According to the information, the company has completed sales of 5.63 lakh units this month, which is about 17% more than last year. Looking at this figure it is clear that Honda’s hold in the Indian market is continuously getting stronger.
Tremendous surge in both domestic and export
Looking at this success of Honda, it is clear that it has made a significant contribution in both domestic and international markets. Talking about the figures, the company sold about 4.84 lakh units in the domestic market, which was about 14.7% more than last year. At the same time, the company has also seen amazing results in the export segment, which was about 79,600 units exported and this too has been more than 37% compared to last year. Looking at this trend, it is a clear indication that the demand for Honda two-wheelers is increasing rapidly not only in India but also in the global market.

Meanwhile, the company’s top executive Tsutsumu Otani said on this excellent performance, ‘The company is continuously focusing on strengthening customer trust and stable growth.’ While giving his point, he said that Honda is rapidly changing itself according to the changing market needs and is focusing on creating value through a strong product portfolio.
Preparation to increase 7000 touchpoints and production
Along with this, looking at the future, Honda has a network of more than 7000 touchpoints across the country, which strengthens both sales and service. Due to which the company is able to reach customers faster. Apart from this, the company is also taking a big step to increase its production. In which work has started on the plan to add a third production line at Tapukara plant in Alwar district of Rajasthan.

Investment of Rs 1500 crore, path to thousands of jobs
The expansion in Honda will further expand the company by investing around Rs 1500 crore in the coming times. It is being told that this new production line can start by 2028, which will increase the production of bikes and scooters from 125cc to 160cc segment. Looking at this investment, it is clear that production capacity will increase and thousands of new employment opportunities will also be created.
