After the landslide victory of BJP and NDA in three states, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached BJP headquarters on Monday. Here he addressed the party workers and welcomed BJP President Nitin Nabin by garlanding him. PM Modi described the victory in Bengal as years of hard work.
He thanked all the party workers and said that the lotus has blossomed in Bengal. These workers did wonders. Created a new history.

PM Modi further said that this was the first assembly elections after Nitin Nabin became the President. In this victory, the workers got valuable guidance from Nitin Nabin. PM Modi also mentioned the victory of BJP candidates in the by-elections of 4 states.
Today the Constitution of India has won: PM Modi
In his address, PM Modi said that victory and defeat are a natural part of democracy. But the people of five states have shown why our India is the Mother of Democracy. Democracy is not just a mechanism for us. This is a culture running in our veins. Today only India’s democracy has not won. Today the Constitution of the country has also won. Our constitutional institutions have survived. Our democratic processes have won.
Record breaking voting also mentioned
PM Modi said that around 93 percent voting will take place in West Bengal. Has been historic in itself. New voting records have been made in Assam, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Keralam. There was a lot of participation of women in this also. This is the brightest picture of Indian democracy. PM Modi thanked the Election Commission, its employees and polling personnel as well as the security forces and said that history will always remember the contribution of all of you in maintaining the dignity of India’s democracy.

BJP government till Gangasagar: PM Modi
PM Modi said that on November 14 last year, when the results of Bihar elections were declared, I had told the BJP headquarters that Ganga ji flows beyond Bihar and reaches Gangasagar. Today, with the victory of Bengal, lotus has bloomed from Gangotri to Gangasagar. Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and now West Bengal. Today, there is BJP-NDA government in these states situated around Mother Ganga.

PM Modi narrated an incident almost a decade old. He said that in 2013, when BJP made me the Prime Ministerial candidate and I went to Kashi to file my nomination papers. Then the journalists surrounded me and naturally a sound came from my heart that neither I have come nor anyone has sent me, Mother Ganga has called me. Today I am feeling every moment that the blessings of Mother Ganga are constantly on all of us. Along with Ganga ji, Brahmaputra also blessed us a lot. Mother Kamakhya has blessed me a lot. The people of Assam have trusted BJP-NDA for the third time.
