New Delhi. The results of assembly elections have come out in five states. BJP has got a huge majority in West Bengal and Assam. Regarding this, PM Modi reached BJP headquarters today, where he addressed the workers and leaders. During this he said, today is a historic day, it is unprecedented. Today, I see the happiness on the faces of BJP workers across the country when years of hard work turns into accomplishment.

Being a worker, I am included in the happiness of every BJP worker. Today is a special day in many ways. This is the day of proclamation of the bright future of the country. This is a day of trust. Trust in India’s great democracy, trust in the politics of performance,
Trust in the resolve of stability, trust in the spirit of Ek Bharat – Shrestha Bharat.
PM Modi further said, today I respectfully bow to the people of Bengal, the people of Assam, the people of Puducherry, the people of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, I salute them all. Today I also heartily congratulate the millions of BJP workers. Every big and small worker of BJP has once again done wonders and made the lotus blossom. You have created a new history.
Also said, democracy is not just a system for us, it is a culture running in our veins. This is the culture of our veins. Today not only India’s democracy has won, today India’s Constitution has also won. Our constitutional institutions have survived, our democratic processes have survived. He further said, around 93% voting in West Bengal has been historic in itself. New voting records have also been made in Assam, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala. Women’s participation in this too has been very high. This is becoming the brightest picture of Indian democracy.
He said that, on November 14 last year, when the results of Bihar elections were declared, I had told you all from this very place that Ganga ji flows beyond Bihar and reaches Gangasagar. And today with the victory of Bengal, lotus is blooming from Gangotri to Gangasagar. Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and now West Bengal, today there is BJP-NDA government in these states situated around Mother Ganga.

Along with this he said, today there are BJP-NDA governments in more than 20 states of the country. Our mantra is Nagarik Devo Bhava. Where there is BJP, there is development. He also said that the strong and prosperous Bengal that he had dreamed of was waiting to be fulfilled for many decades. Today, on May 4, 2026, the people of Bengal have given that opportunity to us BJP workers. A new chapter has been added to the fate of Bengal from today. From today, Bengal is free from fear and is confident of development.
The PM further said, many of our workers in Bengal have dedicated their lives for this victory. Many women workers of BJP have had to endure many atrocities. You cannot imagine how much trouble every BJP worker has had to face in Kerala and Bengal. How many atrocities and atrocities have been committed on them. Today I give the credit of BJP’s success in Bengal to all such workers and their families. I dedicate this victory to the people of Bengal. The evening of May 4 may be setting now, but a new sunrise has occurred on the sacred land of Bengal.
