UP Cabinet Expansion Live: Six new faces included in Yogi cabinet, Bhupendra Singh and Manoj Pandey become ministers.
Lucknow. UP Governor Anandiben Patel administered the oath of office to Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, Manoj Pandey, Krishna Paswan, Kailash Singh Rajput, Surendra Diler and Hansraj Vishwakarma at Jan Bhavan on Sunday. Whereas 2 existing ministers will be promoted to become cabinet ministers.

Hansraj Vishwakarma took oath

Surendra Diler took oath

Surendra Diler, MLA from Aligarh’s Khair assembly seat, took the oath of office and secrecy of the Minister of State. He is recognized as the Dalit face of BJP. As a young Dalit face, the party seems to be giving him the big responsibility of a minister.
Kailash Chandra Rajput took oath
Kailash Chandra Rajput has also been made a minister in the Yogi government. He took oath in a program organized at Jan Bhawan. Kailash Rajput, MLA from Tirwa seat of Kannauj, has a deep hold in the Lodhi Rajput community. He was elected MLA for the first time in 1996.
Krishna Paswan took oath
Krishna Paswan has also become a minister in the Yogi government. He took oath in a program organized at Jan Bhawan. Anganwadi worker-turned-MLA Krishna Tomar has been made Minister of State. He is MLA from Khaga seat of Fatehpur.
Somendra Tomar took oath
