Iran gave clarification on the blockade of Hormuz, Tehran is not happy with the trouble being faced by India, said- We are sorry but…

Ismail Baghaei on Hormuz Blockade: The war between America and Iran has been going on for almost 2 months. Due to this, countries around the world including India are facing energy crisis. The biggest reason for this includes the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran and the US Navy. Meanwhile, Iran has expressed regret over the problems the countries of the world are facing due to the war and the blockade of Hormuz.

Iran, while defending its decision to block the Strait of Hormuz, said that it did not want to do so but due to the ongoing conflict with America, such a step had to be taken. However, Iran has expressed regret over the problems being faced by India and other countries. Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghai said that we were forced to take this step because America and Israel attacked Iran from their existing military bases in the Gulf region.

Iran’s move under international law

The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson further said that Iran’s action was in accordance with international law. America and Israel, not Tehran, are responsible for the blockage of global trade and energy routes around the world. He said that before the war started, the route to the Strait of Hormuz was open and free for all countries. But Iran was forced to take some steps under international law.

Baghai said, Iran had to face the aggressors America and Israel. In such a situation, the decision to close Hormuz was right and there was no fault of Iran in it. However, due to this, many other countries including India are facing problems and we are not happy with this, but America is responsible for this.
