Dattatreya Hosabale’s Big Statement On Talks With Pakistan: It is necessary to give a strong reply to Pakistan but the path of dialogue should not be closed, big statement of RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale.

New Delhi. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale has given a big statement regarding the relations between India and Pakistan. He said that it is necessary to give a strong reply to Pakistan for terrorist activities but the path of dialogue should be kept open with it. In an exclusive interview to PTI, Hosabale openly expressed his views on many issues including the West Asia war crisis, Hindu nation, the status of Muslims in India and the Bengal Assembly election results.

Responding to the question of how India should deal with Pakistan, Dattatreya Hosabale said, if Pakistan is trying to carry out incidents like Pulwama, then we will have to give an appropriate response as per the situation, because it is necessary to protect the security and self-respect of any country and nation and the present government should pay attention to this. But at the same time, we should not close the doors. We should always be ready to negotiate. Visas should be given, we should not stop them, there should always be an opening for talks. When asked whether sporting events with Pakistan should continue, Hosabale said, of course, they can continue.

Asked about the ongoing war crisis in West Asia, Hosabale said, if you look at the world history of the last 30 years, there has never been a time when wars have not happened, they have always happened. Wars are generally born from the mind, evil is born from evil thoughts. When you become greedy, wars break out. Arrogance not only of an individual but also of a nation is possible, these things give rise to wars. We should not consider the present war as a war between two countries, it is a war of survival and occupation, its approach towards human life is unacceptable.

On how the security of minorities can be ensured in India, he said whether Muslims are treated as second class citizens in India? Are government schemes not reaching them? We keep in constant communication with the leaders of the minority community. We believe that our nationality has not changed by changing religion. When nationality is one, we do not consider them different. We are not creating any Hindu nation, India is a Hindu nation. Even when there was British rule, it was a Hindu nation. Answering a question on West Bengal Assembly election results, Dattatreya Hosabale said, every Hindu voter in Bengal became a Hindu activist, the results prove that when you are walled up, that is, when the public is upset, you will fight back.
