edge. Indore Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court had ruled that Bhojshala located in Dhar was an ancient Hindu temple. After this, people of Hindu community have started worshiping in Bhojshala. People of Hindu community gathered at Bhojshala on Sunday and worshiped Goddess Saraswati there. After the order of the High Court, the Archaeological Conservation Department of India (ASI), which takes care of Bhojshala, had issued an order on Saturday allowing people of Hindu community to come and worship here every day. Earlier Hindus used to worship here only on Tuesdays.

The Muslim side has been calling Bhojshala as Kamal Maula Masjid. Whereas, Indore Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court, after getting Bhojshala surveyed by ASI, has ruled that it is an ancient Hindu temple. After the order of the High Court, ASI had conducted a survey here for 98 days and collected evidence. ASI had found in the survey that there were signs of lotus, bell and idols in the banquet hall. Which cannot be found in any mosque. During the ASI survey, two ancient stone tablets were found, on which verses were written in Sanskrit and Prakrit languages. ASI had informed Madhya Pradesh High Court through the survey report that Bhojshala is like an ancient Hindu temple.

The special thing is that both the judges who were hearing the Bhojshala case in the Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court had also come to this place. He himself collected all the information here. History tells that Mahmood Khilji had attacked Bhojshala. After which the Dargah of Kamal Maula was built outside the Bhojshala premises. On this basis, the Muslim side named Bhojshala as Kamal Maula Masjid and started offering Namaz there. Earlier, every Friday, Muslims were allowed to offer Namaz in Bhojshala, but the High Court has said in its decision that Muslims cannot offer Namaz here. After this, ASI in its latest order has said to stop namaz in Bhojshala.
