The film ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ gained momentum, the earnings of ‘Aakhri Sawal’ slowed down.
Mumbai On May 15, two films hit the theaters simultaneously. In this, the first Ayushmann Khurrana starrer film was ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’, while the second was Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Aakhri Sawal’. Both the movies got mixed response, but one film was ahead in terms of collections while the other was not able to do anything special.
According to Sacknilk, on Saturday, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ made a net collection of Rs 5.75 crore. On the other hand, there was a slowdown in the earnings of ‘Aakhri Sawaal’. This Sanjay Dutt starrer film earned only 73 on the second day.
There was a jump in the earnings of ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’
Many actors including Vijay Raj, Sara Ali Khan, Vamika Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh were seen along with Ayushmann Khurrana in the film ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ directed by Mudassar Aziz. This film did a business of Rs 4 crore on the first day on Friday. On the second day, a net collection of Rs 5.75 crore was made from 6,717 shows.
With this, its total gross collection in India has reached Rs 11.70 crore and total net collection has reached Rs 9.75 crore so far. At the same time, in foreign countries, the film ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ earned Rs 1 crore on the second day, taking its total foreign earnings till now to Rs 2 crore. With this, the worldwide gross collection of the film has increased to Rs 13.70 crore.
Such was the condition of ‘Last Question’
On the other hand, Sanjay Dutt and Sameera Reddy starrer film ‘Aakhri Sawaal’ is not doing anything special at the box office. This film did a business of 40 lakhs on the opening day and now on the second day its business has increased by 82.5%, but that is nothing special. Because on Saturday the movie made a net collection of Rs 73 lakh from 1,894 shows.
In such a situation, now its total gross collection in India has become Rs 1.35 crore and total net collection till now has become Rs 1.13 crore. Talking about the worldwide business, the film made a total gross collection of Rs 15 lakh in foreign countries, due to which its total worldwide gross collection has increased to Rs 1.50 crore.
