If the engine gets hot, do this immediately

Whenever you feel that the car is overheating, then first of all stop the car at a safe place and switch off the engine and let it cool down for some time. It has also been seen that many people pour water on a hot engine in a hurry, which can be harmful for it. After the engine cools down a bit when the vehicle is parked, check the coolant level and add the correct coolant if necessary. If the problem persists due to this reason then contact the mechanic immediately.
