Opposition leaders and MPs in the Lok Sabha are again stuck in the judicial process over their controversial remarks against Rahul Gandhi regarding the Prime Minister and the Home Minister. A Muslim BJP leader has filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi in Rae Bareli court. The court registered the complaint and the next hearing date has been fixed on June 16.
Shakeel Ahmed Khan told that Rahul Gandhi had made objectionable remarks on the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister of the country in a spirit of revenge, this has deeply hurt him and defamed him. The petitioner alleged that Rahul Gandhi has maligned the image of the Prime Minister, the Home Minister and the BJP by making comments from a public platform to spoil the atmosphere of the country. Shakeel Ahmed Khan told that after no action was taken against Rahul Gandhi from the police level, he has approached the MP-MLA court. Accepting the case, the court has fixed June 16 for hearing.
It is noteworthy that on Monday, BJP leader Shakeel Ahmed Khan has filed a defamation complaint in the court of District Court Fifth Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Vinaysheel. He has demanded from the court to give an order to register an FIR against Rahul Gandhi. The court has registered the complaint.
