Along with this, let us know what guidelines have been issued by the administration.

strong security system

Let us tell you, in many big cities of Chhattisgarh including Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg, Bhilai, the district administration along with the police and municipal corporation has strengthened the security system. According to this, additional police forces are being deployed in sensitive areas. Preparations have also been made for monitoring through drones and CCTV cameras.

Why was this decision taken

Officials say that in the last years there had been controversies regarding sacrifices in open places and viral videos on social media, hence this time strict steps are already being taken. Chhattisgarh Waqf Board has appealed to the Muslim community to celebrate the festival with peace, brotherhood and social responsibility.

Along with this, the board said that it is everyone’s responsibility to respect the sentiments of other communities. Keeping this in mind, there has been a complete ban on sacrifice in public places, roads and grounds. Municipal Corporation teams have been instructed to pay special attention to the cleanliness system so that there is no chaos during the festival and the festival can be celebrated peacefully.

fixed namaz time

Let us tell you that apart from security arrangements, time has also been fixed for Namaz. Namaz will be offered in mosques and Eidgahs across the state between 6 am to 11 am. The administration believes that by holding Namaz at the fixed time, crowd control, traffic management and security management will be done in a better way.

Apart from this, the administration will also keep a special eye on social media and the cyber cell has been kept on alert mode. Officials have been instructed to take immediate action against any inflammatory post, fake news or material spreading communal tension. The administration has warned that strict legal action will be taken against those who try to spoil the atmosphere.
